Alman Ticaret ve Sanayi Odaları Birliği'nden alınan ve bir örneği ekte yer alan 13.09.2022 tarihli epostada, sistemlerindeki bir sıkıntı nedeniyle menşe şahadetnamelerini doğrulamakta kullanılan https://cert.ihk.de/ online doğrulama adresinin bir süredir çalışmadığı; söz konusu durum düzeltildiğinde bildirecekleri ve bu durum düzelene kadar menşe şahadetnamesi sonradan kontrol taleplerinin doğrudan ilgili Ticaret ve Sanayi Odasına posta yolu ile yapılması gerektiği belirtilmektedir.
Bilgileri ile bağlantınız Gümrük Müdürlüklerinin konuya ilişkin olarak bilgilendirilmesi hususunda gereğini rica ederim.

Dear Ms. Saatcioglu,
Thank you for your E-mail. As you noticed rightly the German Chamber Network currently faces severe IT-difficulties. E-mail communication is partially disrupted. We as DIHK are able to receive and send E-Mails again only since last Friday afternoon. Also the IT-system for the electronic issuance of Certificates of Origin is not working. This includes the verification portal https://cert.ihk.de/
Because of this our regional chambers are issuing COs manually for the time being. I therefore kindly ask you to send your verification request by postal mail directly to the regional chamber whose Certificate of Origin you would like to verify.
We will inform you as soon as our eCO-system is working again. But at the moment I cannot tell when this will be the case. In the meantime I hope for your understanding. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with me in case of any questions.
